Whereas in most of the companies there is a trainee for 3 to 6 months this is for 3 years what kind of work is it that a person will learn in 3 years like making boxes? The company's policy is not good here the employees are treated on the basis of salary those who have good salary get fun Friday and to do different activities the rest just do work So I would say that if someone is in dire need of a job then it is fine to wait otherwise your future may not be good here so it would be better for those who are here if they leave quickly."
